The OnePlus 6T has been the subject of many rumors and reports, but we do finally have a launch date: October 30. The phone will go on sale through Amazon India, Croma outlets and OnePlus-exclusive stores across the country soon after on November 2. Amazon India will be opening pre-bookings for the phone today – October 9 at 12 noon – for purchases on its platform. However, the pre-booking does involve a small advance, which is being collected in the form of an Amazon.in e-gift card. Users can buy the e-gift card for Rs 1,000, which can then be redeemed against the purchase when the phone goes on sale. Of course, at the time of purchase, customers will have to make the remaining payment as well for the phone, which could be priced at Rs 34,999 onwards. While customers can just directly purchase the device when it goes on open sale on November 2, customers who pre-book are being given certain benefits as a result of signing up early for the phone.
