OnePlus has just announced that it is planning to open its first R&D facility in Hyderabad. This will be the first of its kind facility by OnePlus in the Indian market. According to the company, this facility will play an important role in developing AI and ML for OnePlus products. The company plans to take full advantage of the talent present in Hyderabad, a place that is considered to be the biggest IT hubs in the country . OnePlus founder Pete Lau issued a statement, In three years, we plan to grow the new R&D center in Hyderabad into our biggest globally. He went on to add, We plan to re-focus our R&D efforts on a large scale and drive innovations in India for the global product.
