After launching OxygenOS in India recently OnePlus has announced the Hydrogen OS for the Chinese market. This is the Chinese smartphone’s own operating system after its tussle with Cyanogen.Hydrogen OS will be officially released in Beijing on May 28 and just like the Oxygen OS will focus on battery longevity and performance. It is built upon Android Lollipop 5.0 and is pretty much similar to the stock Android with some much needed tweaks and revamped user interface. OnePlus wants to ensure that the Hydrogen OS won’t just be another iOS look alike and will be the known for its unique features. Apart from this OnePlus is also assuring users that it won’t be plaguing the software with unnecessary bloatware and features that will do more harm than good.
OnePlus today also launched its power bank in India and also plans to launch the OnePlus Two soon.
