OnePlus customers are guaranteed 1-hour quick repair service at any of the company’s exclusive service centres. In case your OnePlus 5 or any of the older OnePlus smartphone faces any glitch, there is also a free pick up and drop service provided by the company across 10 cities. Now, getting the smartphone repaired in one’s absence may also lead to questions on the use of genuine spare parts. To address the concern, OnePlus has a per spare part cost listed on its website as well as the OnePlus Care service app so that customers are sure of the transparency even before the service process is initiated.
