Now according to a new report, the smartphone could launch in India soon as the Oppo A71s. It is likely to be available in two different colors: Black and Gold. According to phoneradar, the smartphone will carry the same set of specifications but will launch with a different name in India. While the exact date of the launch is not yet known, the report further states that the smartphone will retail at Rs 9,990 in India. Oppo A71s specifications
The Oppo A71s will have a screen size of 5.2-inch with an HD resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Under the hood, Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC with Adreno 506 GPU and eight Cortex-A53 core CPU is clocked at 1.8GHz. It is paired with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 256GB via microSD card. In comparison, the older 2017 Oppo A71 was powered by a MediaTek MT675 SoC with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
On the camera front, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture. Up front, there is a 5-megapixel f/2.4 camera. Armed with a 3,000mAh battery. In terms of software, it now runs Android 7.1 Nougat-based ColorOS 3.2. The new ColorOS version is said to add Oppo s AI Beauty Recognition Technology which allows the user to capture enhanced photos using a global image database to offer the most suitable beautify effect.
Meanwhile, the Oppo has also teased the launch of Oppo F5 Sidharth Limited Edition smartphone. The smartphone is expected to launch next week. The teaser, however, reveals that the smartphone is scheduled to launch on February 8.
