Oppo F9 Pro is all set to launch in India today. Oppo is hosting a press event in Mumbai today at 12:00PM, and it will also be live streamed on www.oppoevents.com. The highlights of Oppo F9 Pro include a dual rear camera setup, ‘waterdrop’ notch display, VOOC flash charging, and gradient finish at the back.
Oppo F9 Pro Expected Specifications
The Oppo F9 Pro is likely to be powered by a MediaTek Helio P60 octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz , and coupled with an ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. The phone could come in two storage variants – a 4GB RAM variant with 64GB storage, and a 6GB RAM variant with 128GB storage. On the camera front, it is expected to feature dual rear camera setup stacked horizontally at the top-left corner of the device.
The smartphone will run Oppo’s Color OS UI overlay based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The dual-SIM smartphone will also have Oppo’s proprietary VOOC fast-charging standard for the 3,500mAh battery. The company is claiming two hours of use with just a five-minute charge.

The phone could sport a combination of 16-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras at the back. The primary 16-megapixel camera will have wider f/1.85 aperture. Selfie duties will be handled by a 25-megapixel shooter with f/2.0 aperture. It will support connectivity features like Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS and 4G VoLTE.
