Oppo Is holding an event in Paris where it will be launching its flagship smartphone, the Oppo Find X. The launch event will kick-off at 11:15PM IST and ahead of the official unveiling, The Verge has already published its first impressions, revealing all details about the smartphone. While OEMs have been opting for a notched design to offer more screen real estate, the likes of Vivo and Oppo have figured out a different solution to ditch the notch. The Find X comes with a glorious all-screen display, and a motorized pop-up module that houses the camera assembly. The smartphone also ditches the fingerprint sensor, and relies on 3D face recognition instead. Every time you want to unlock the smartphone, the motorized module will pop-up to scan your face and unlock the device. Also, every time you open the camera app, the module will pop-up.

Android Messages gets a web client
Google has finally started rolling out Messages for Web . This latest feature allows users to pair the Android Messages app by Google with web browser to send and receive SMSes right from the browser. However, you will need to ensure that your device is connected to the Internet to access this new feature. It works similar to WhatsApp Web.
Vivo NEX, NEX S to launch in India in July
Vivo recently launched two new smartphones in China, the NEX and the NEX S. The highlight of the smartphone is its all screen display without a notch, and the pop-up selfie camera. The NEX is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC, whereas the NEX S is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. The NEX S also comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor. Now, according to a report on 91Mobiles, both smartphones are expected to launch in India in the second half of July, priced around Rs 40,000.
BSNL revises prepaid plans
State-run telecom operator, BSNL, has revised its key prepaid plans to offer more data. The Rs 14, Rs 29 and Rs 40 plans now offer 1GB data, while the validity remains the same that these plans offered before. The Rs 68 plan now offers 2GB data compared to 1GB that it used to offer before. The Rs 72 and Rs 82 plans will now offer 4GB data.
Even the Rs 241 plan is being upgraded to 7GB of data for 30 days, where it currently offers only 2.7GB data. And lastly, the Rs 155 plan will 2GB of data per day for 17 days, instead of 1.5GB, whereas the Rs 198 plan has been upgraded to 2.5GB of data per day, up from 1GB per day, for 24 days.
Vodafone debuts Rs 511 and Rs 569 prepaid plans
Vodafone has debuted two new prepaid plans priced at Rs 511 and Rs 569 with 84 days validity. These plans come with unlimited local and national calling, and 100 free SMS daily. The Rs 511 plan offers 2GB 3G / 4G data daily, whereas the Rs 569 plan offers 3GB 3G/ 4G data daily.
