A new entry-level device called the Oppo Joy has launched in Indonesia. The dual-SIM device is priced at $138 (Rs 8,368 approximately), but there is currently no word on when it could launch in other markets including India.
As far as specifications are concerned, Oppo Joy sports a 4-inch WVGA (800×480 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek dual-core processor, paired with Mali 400 GPU and 512MB of RAM.
The device also features a 3-megapixel rear camera, VGA front-facing camera, 4GB internal storage that can be expanded using a microSD card, and a 1,700mAh battery. Connectivity options include 3G support, dual-SIM card slots, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, and on the software front it runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean wrapped under Oppo’s Color OS UI.
