Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 has reached one million sales milestone since its launch in April on Flipkart. Asus had initially launched the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in two color variants, black and grey. But recently, it brought the third color variant on Flipkart in blue.
Asus claims that Zenfone Max Pro M1 has emerged as one of the popular devices in the sub-Rs 15,000 price segment, and it has managed to sell one million units in about six months time. While Zenfone Max Pro M1 matched Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro in terms of specifications, it is the pure Android software experience that has worked well for the company. Asus, however, did not reveal which variant it sold the most.
Even after six months of launch, the Zenfone Max Pro M1 is the cheapest smartphone with a Snapdragon 636 chipset on board. The handset starts at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM variant, which is way lower than the price of Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 5 Pro which retails for Rs 14,999 in the country.
Asus also has two other models of the Zenfone Max Pro M1 in 4GB and 6GB RAM options. The Zenfone Max Pro M1 features a 5.99-inch LCD display with a resolution of 2160×1080 pixels, and taller 18:9 aspect ratio.
