Online shopping is a craze in India and the rage is only increasing as more netizens grow. Shopping online sure does have its perks but many of us have become victims of poor service by big marketplaces. Every now and then people fall prey to their service mishaps like delay in delivery, wrong product or tampering of the product, to name a few. One such incident occurred with a Ravdeep Chawla who took it out on Twitter to share his grievance.
Ravdeep had ordered a Kindle Paperwhite on May 3 from Paytm and what was supposed to be a Kindle turned out to be hilariously Ghadi, a washing soap. He immediately contacted them prior the discovery. BGR India learnt that on issuing the complaint he had to fill a disclaimer form which stated that if he were to be found guilty of being a fraudster, he would have to face consequences.
That has been the last bit of communication between Ravdeep and Paytm. Speaking to him, he said that they have not been very responsive to his queries.

There have been many other instances when marketplaces like Flipkart, Snapdeal have made blunders with their delivery services. While we can agree to the fact that the customer population is huge it still is no excuse and this should come as a warning to get their work done in the right way. After all, customer satisfaction is the ultimate goal.
