After photos of the iPad 5 in space grey, we now have our first visual on how the iPad mini 2 would look in gold. This is the first time we are seeing a gold iPad thanks to photos leaked on Weibo and picked up by Sonny Dickson. The boy who was single-handedly responsible for the most accurate iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C leaks also suggested that the next generation iPads would come in silver, space grey and gold just like the iPhone 5S. One of the photos also suggests that the iPad mini 2 will also get Touch ID fingerprint sensor technology that was first seen on the iPhone 5S. Dickson also claims that his sources suggest that the iPad mini 2 will also run on the 64-bit A7 processor coupled with the M7 motion co-processor and will have just 1GB of RAM. The iPad 5, on the other hand, will have 2GB of RAM. Also Read - Apple iLife and iWork for Mac OS X Mavericks and iOS updated, available for free on new devices
