Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on his second visit to the US later this month, where he will also visit Facebook HQ. CEO Mark Zukerberg announced on his Facebook post that Modi will be visiting the social media giant s Silicon Valley headquarters in Menlo Park, California and participate in a town hall Q&A on September 27. Modi took it to Twitter to confirm his visit. However, he isn t the first head of state to be a part of Facebook s town hall that is streamed live and where people can submit questions. In 2011, US President Obama also took part in Facebook s Q&A as a part of his presidential reelection campaign.

During his visit, Modi and Zukerberg will be discussing on how communities can work together for addressing both, social and economic challenges. In his post, Mark Zukerberg asked Facebook users to send in their questions for the session in the comment box. He also mentioned that they will try to answer as many as possible. The event will be taking place on Sunday, September 27 at 10 PM IST.
The Press Information Bureau of India also tweeted, urging users to share their questions via Facebook or by using Narendra Modi Mobile App .
