If you’ve used a mobile phone since the very early days, you would remember having to pay over Rs 15 per minute for an outgoing call. In fact, just a couple of years ago, we would pay anywhere between Re 1 per minute to 2p/sec. But since Reliance Jio entered the telecom space, things have taken a drastic change, and outgoing calls are completely free today. Of course, you need to make a prepaid recharge of a certain amount to get the fee calling benefit. Here’s a look at some of the cheapest prepaid plans you can buy today that offer free local and STD calling.
