Nokia is set to unveil the EOS aka Lumia 909, a 41-megapixel Windows Phone 8 smartphone on July 11 and as we near the event date, rumors continue to crop up all over the Internet. Now, The Verge reports about a leaked photo claimed to be a hybrid case/charger for the forthcoming flagship device. Originally posted on Russian newspaper Izvestia, the photo shows a case called ‘camera grip’, which is said to improve the grip while holding the phone in one hand, plus also has a built-in 1,020mAh battery to charge the device. The case also includes a shutter button, a mount for a tripod and a microUSB connector. At present, it isn’t clear if the case supports wireless charging. Over the past few weeks we have seen multiple leaks of the flagship phone, which indicate that the device will sport a polycarbonate and aluminum body and include features like a gigantic 41-megapixel camera, a 720p AMOLED display, a 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus processor, 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.
Just to remind you, the July 11 event at New York City will be viewable on Lumia smartphones and the webcast will begin at 11 AM EDT (8:30 PM IST).
