Posted by Sonny Dickson, these images show a back panel that is quite similar to the one on the current-gen iPad mini and are consistent with leaked photos that we saw over two months back. Additionally, though recent reports have stated the contrary, many still believe that Apple will include a Retina Display with a resolution of 2048×1536 pixels on the iPad mini 2.
Apple is believed to be targeting an October launch for the iPad mini 2 alongside the full-sized iPad 5 and having them at stores before the Holiday season.
