And here’s another one! Consistently dedicating its homepage to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics 2018, Google today celebrates the seventh day of the games with an Archerfish competing in a biathlon.

Otherwise known as spit-and-swim, we see the Archerfish has its eyes on the flies and gets all its aims right, ultimately winning the competition. “Earlier today, rivals Perch and Bass came within spitting distance of first place, but ultimately floundered. None of the other competitors had the skill to even bug the judges, which will tip the scales in this fish’s favor,” Google wrote a punny anecdote in its blog.

South Korea is hosting the Winter Olympics for the first time ever. The Olympics Winter Games will see more than 2,000 athletes representing 92 countries at 102 events across 15 sports like skiing, skating, luge, ski jumping, ice hockey, snowboarding among other games.

Parallel to these games, Google is running Doodle Snow Games on its homepage, which it shares on each day of the game, and will until the last day, which is February 25. The Doodle Snow games has athletes from the animal kingdom compete in an animated, virtual world. Today was the the Archerfish, yesterday were lovey Grebes and the day before we saw illustrations of Raccoon Dogs.
