Realme s CEO Madhav Sheth has confirmed that Realme 2 Pro will get slow-motion video recording functionality in the first quarter of 2019. Announcing the development via a tweet, the CEO said the feature would arrive via an OTA (Over The Air) update. Sheth even said that other smartphones are also being considered for the feature.
In a subsequent tweet, Sheth said that the company will unlock the bootloader and release the source code for Realme 1 early next year. It s worth mentioning that bootloader unlock for Realme 2 Pro has already been confirmed.
Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC, Realme 2 Pro features 4GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of internal storage. The smartphone has a 6.3-inch FullHD+ display with a waterdrop notch and runs Android Oreo, skinned with Color OS overlay.

For imaging, Realme 2 Pro has a dual-lens camera system at the back, comprised of a 16-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. There s also a 16-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls. All standard connectivity options are included in the mix, with a 3500mAh battery rounding of the spec sheet.
