Over the past couple of months, Reliance Jio has refreshed its prepaid plans to offer more data or higher validity. The most affordable plan now starts at Rs 98, which offers 2GB high-speed 4G data with a validity of 28 days. The telecom operator has also introduced several plans that offer up to 5GB daily high-speed data. Now, Jio has also refreshed its booster plans to offer more data.

Once the bundled data of your plan is exhausted, the speed is throttled down to 64Kbps till 2AM, and after 2AM, the high speed data will be restored again. The booster plans kick in when your daily or bundled data is exhausted, thus allowing you to continue getting high-speed 4G data. The validity of booster plans remain the same as you base pack’s validity. Here’s a look at the plans and benefits.

Reliance Jio has introduced a total of four booster plans starting at Rs 11, and the maximum plan is priced at Rs 101. The Rs 11 plan used to offer 100MB data, but after the revision, it now offers 400MB of high-speed 4G data. The second one is a new plan that is priced at Rs 21 and offers 1GB high-speed data.

The third plan is priced at Rs 51, and it offers 3GB high-speed data. Before the revision, this plan used to offer 2GB data. The last one is also a new plan priced at Rs 101, and offers 6GB high-speed data. Earlier, there was a Rs 91 plan that offered 2GB high-speed data. As we can see, the new booster plans offer up to three times more data.

Besides these plans, Reliance Jio has also introduced a new plan for its smart feature phone, JioPhone. The plan is priced at Rs 49 and comes with validity of 28 days. The plan includes 1GB unlimited high-speed 4G data and 50 free SMS, along with unlimited local and national calls. After the 1GB data is exhausted, the speed will be throttled down to 64Kbps.
