Unlike the Preview Offer, the Welcome Offer comes with limited benefits. You do get unlimited HD voice and video calls, but with the interconnect issue between Reliance Jio and incumbent telecom operators, users have been reporting call failure. You also get unlimited SMS, which is restricted to 100 per day.
In terms of high speed 4G data, there is a cap of 4GB per day, after which speeds will be cut down to 128Kbps, and will refresh post midnight. Even going by 4GB limit per day, you could still be able to download 120GB in a month, which is not bad. But do remember, even if you stream videos or music, you data will be uniformly debited from your 4GB daily limit.
