Scottish headphone manufacturer RHA has launched its latest product in India, the RHA MA390 Wireless headphones. The headphones are priced at Rs 5,999 and will go on sale on July 1 through exclusive distributor Headphone Zone and its authorized retail channels. The headset is the wireless version of the RHA MA390, which is the company’s most affordable headset in India, and is priced at Rs 1,999.
RHA headphones are known for their unique sonic signature, and usually go with a neutral sound that is favored by listeners that don’t want the typically bass and treble-heavy sound that is found on most audio products. The RHA MA390 Wireless combines the sonic tuning of the wired version with the convenience of wireless listening. The build is typical of RHA, with a full-metal housing, and an in-line remote and microphone for hands-free use on the right cable.
It comes with a neckband-style design that holds the battery, which is touted to offer up to 8 hours of use on a single charge. Charging is through a USB Type-C port, and the headset can be topped up from zero percent in about 90 minutes. The headset uses RHA’s custom dynamic drivers, has a frequency response range of 16-22,000Hz and supports the AptX codec on Bluetooth 4.1. It also features IPX4 splash and dust resistance.
