Reported by Fone Arena, SamMobile sources have confirmed that Samsung has been developing firmware for India region and the Galaxy A9 Pro carrying model number SM-A9100 is likely to be headed to India. In the camera department, the Galaxy A9 Pro sports a 16-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. With a massive 5,000mAh battery, connectivity options on the smartphone include dual-SIM 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and GPS. On the software front, you get Android Marshmallow 6.0 wrapped under TouchWiz UI. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner, embedded inside the home button.

Offered in gold, pink and white color options, the smartphone is priced at RMB 3,499 in China, which is approximately Rs 35,500. However, the price, launch date and availability in India isn’t known yet.
