In April last year, Samsung launched the Galaxy C7 Pro in India for Rs 27,990. The smartphone is targeted towards the selfie-centric audience, and features a 16-megapixel front-facing camera of aperture f/1.9. Since the launch, the smartphone has seen a price drop of Rs 3,000, bringing the price down to Rs 24,990. Now, the smartphone has seen yet another price drop of Rs 2,500 and it is available to purchase for Rs 22,400 from Amazon India.

The price drop was reported by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom. The timing of the price cut indicates that Samsung could be gearing up to introduce new smartphones in India. The South Korean giant is speculated to launch the Galaxy A6 and Galaxy A6+ with dual-rear cameras and Infinity Display.
