Samsung launched Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime in September 2016 and the phone is available online as well as in retail outlets. The phone is currently available as a 16GB internal memory variant. It now appears that Samsung is gearing up to launch a 32GB variant of the J series smartphone. Mahesh Telecom, a leading retailer shared an image of the upcoming phone and announced it would soon be available online. No official launch date was mentioned. The phone will bear the number G610FO. Right on the heels of the Twitter leak, e-commerce portal OnlyMobiles listed the 32GB variant for Rs 16,900. The phone is available in two colors Black and Gold. Apart from OnlyMobiles, Galaxy J7 Prime 32GB is also available on TataCliq for the same price though the original price of the smartphone is listed as Rs 18,100. The phone is also listed on 91mobiles but is not available for purchase. As the phone is already listed on multiple portals, the official announcement from Samsung is expected to roll out soon. Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime 32GB features, specifications
In terms of features and specifications, the Galaxy J7 Prime 32GB is almost similar to the 16GB variant. Both phones run Android Marshmallow out-of-the-box. Galaxy J7 Prime 32GB comes with 5.5-inch FHD (1080p) display. Right under the display, is the fingerprint sensor embedded in the home button. The phone is powered by octa-core Samsung Exynos processor and 3GB RAM. On the back is a 13-megapixel shooter while the front houses a 8-megapixel selfie camera. The battery capacity is 3300mAh. Samsung recently unveiled their 2017 flagship models, Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ and both the devices boast of premium features and specifications. Samsung is also reportedly working on launching a refurbished version of their Galaxy Note 7 devices nicknamed the Galaxy Note 7R. Details regarding the new phones recently emerged and the refurbished phones are expected to be sold in specific regions in limited quantities. While the Galaxy Note 7R is expected to boast features similar to Galaxy Note 7, the battery will be downsized to 3200mAh to prevent overheating and bursting, the main reason for the original s failure.
