Last month, Samsung launched the Galaxy Mega 6.3 alongside the Galaxy Mega 5.8 in India for Rs 31,490, with a promise that the device will hit stores around late June. Specification-wise the Galaxy Mega 6.3 flaunts a 6.3-inch TFT (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a dual-core Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.7GHz, an Adreno 305 GPU and 1.5GB of RAM. The device also includes features like an 8-megapixel rear camera, 1.9-megapixel secondary camera, 8GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card and a 3,200mAh battery, which Samsung claims can survive through 17 hours of talk time and 420 hours on standby mode.
In terms of connectivity options, the Galaxy Mega 6.3 comes with a single-SIM and features 3G support, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, and AGPS and on the software front, runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean wrapped under the TouchWiz UI.
