The handsets in the leaked photos are in line with previous leaks. Spotted by MobileFun, this is the first time the smartphones are seen in working condition. In terms of design, the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus looks like the Galaxy S6 Edge, albeit bigger. Also Read - Top camera smartphones under Rs 20,000 in August 2021: Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, Moto G60 and more
The Galaxy Note 5, on the other hand, looks similar to the Galaxy Note 4, but with thinner bezels and a slightly bigger home button. The increase in size is most likely due to the integration of a fingerprint scanner. While the boot animation can be easily doctored, these photos look the real deal. From what we have heard so far, the Galaxy Note 5 is expected to feature a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED display, Exynos or Snapdragon processor depending upon the market, 4GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera, and a 3,220mAh battery. It is also expected to purge one of Galaxy S6’s biggest sins by featuring a microSD card slot.
The Galaxy S6 Edge Plus, on the other hand, is expected to feature a QHD display, 2.1GHz Exynos 7420 64-bit processor, Mali T760 GPU, 16-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, 32GB internal storage, and will run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out-of-the-box.
