The Galaxy S9-series didn t look any different from the Galaxy S8-series, except for minor design improvements involving a repositioned fingerprint sensor at the back. Yes, the front panel of the Note 9 looks similar to that of the Note 8, with slightly thinner bottom chin. The front camera and iris scanner placement above the display also looks the same. However, the fingerprint sensor at the back is expected to be repositioned below the dual camera modules. Also, unlike the Galaxy S9+ which comes with vertically placed dual cameras, the Note 9 could have a horizontal placement.
Major upgrades to the Galaxy Note 9 are expected in the form of specifications with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 512GB onboard storage. The S Pen is also getting a major upgrade, with the recent reports indicating that it will come with Bluetooth support. The built-in Bluetooth will allow you to remotely trigger the camera, and also control the music playback.
There is no word on the pricing or India launch date yet. However, considering that the Galaxy S9 was priced higher than the Galaxy S8, we can expect the same with the Note 9 as well. It remains to be seen if the Galaxy Note 9 will be priced under or over Rs 70,000 price bracket.
