Samsung has sent out media invites for a launch event in Delhi on November 3. Before being unveiled in China last week, both the Galaxy On5 and the Galaxy On7 were briefly listed on Samsung s India website. Of the two, the Galaxy On5 was also spotted on Flipkart, before the listing was taken down. These brief appearances could be an indication that Samsung is indeed planning on launching the two smartphones next week. Samsung Galaxy On5 specifications and features: The smartphone flaunts a 5-inch HD (1280 720 pixels) TFT display, and is powered by an Exynos 3475 quad-core processor paired with 1.5GB of RAM. Also on offer is 8GB internal storage, of which around 4.3GB is usable. There is also a microSD card slot, which can be used to expand the storage up to 128GB.
The smartphone also features an 8-megapixel primary camera with LED flash, 5-megapixel front-facing camera, and a 2,600mAh battery, which is said to be good enough for up to 15 hours of talktime. Connectivity options include dual-SIM card slots, 4G support, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. On the software front, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
Samsung Galaxy On7 specifications and features: The Galaxy On7 too offers a similar set of specifications with some differences. For one it has a bigger 5.5-inch display, a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a bigger 3,000mAh battery.
