The smartphone in question was the Galaxy Grand Prime (2016), but there was very little information available about the smartphone. Now the smartphone has been spotted on benchmarking website Geekbench. The listing reveals some important information about the device, and while there is no official announcement yet, the Galaxy Grand Prime (2016) is expected to be launched sometime later this year. Not surprisingly, the upcoming Galaxy Grand Prime (2016) smartphone is expected to be a major upgrade over its predecessor. The Zauba listing revealed that the smartphone would come with a 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display. According to the Geekbench listing, the device will be powered by a quad-core CPU clocked at 1.44GHz paired along with a 1.5GB of RAM. The Galaxy Grand prime (2016) will ship with Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 out-of-the-box. In the benchmarking test, the highest single-core test result was 599 whereas that of the multi-core test was 1,790. In comparison, Galaxy Grand Prime was launched with specifications like a 5-inch qHD display, 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 1GB of RAM, 8-megapixel rear camera and 5-megapixel camera at the front. The Galaxy On5 (2016) is said to feature 5-inch HD display, powered by the 1.5GHz Snapdragon 617 octa-core processor, 3GB of RAM, 32GB internal storage that can be expanded via microSD card. It comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera , 8-megapixel selfie camera, a 2,600mAh battery and comes with connectivity options like 4G LTE support, Bluetooth, USB, GPS and Wi-Fi. The smartphone will run on Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 out-of-the-box.

The Galaxy On7 (2016) will feature a 5.5-inch Full-HD display, 2GHz Snapdragon 625 octa-core processor, of RAM. Also on offer will be 32GB inbuilt storage which can be further expanded via microSD card. It sports a 13-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, a 3,300mAh battery and connectivity options include 4G LTE, Bluetooth, USB, GPS and Wi-Fi with FM Radio as well. It will run on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out-of-the-box.
