While it has not been long since Samsung launched the Galaxy S5, rumors around next year’s flagship device are surfacing with an increased frequency. The latest out of the rumor mills is a report out of the Korean media, which claims that Samsung could unveil its next flagship device as early as CES next month, G4Games reports. What’s more, the Korean publication claims that Samsung will also be unveiling a dual-edged variant at the same event. This is in line with previous reports. The company did the same in September earlier this year, when it unveiled the Galaxy Note 4 and the Galaxy Note 4 Edge at the same event. The publication further claims that Samsung is bullish about its forthcoming flagship devices and aim to sell 45 million handsets, out of which 10 million will be the dual-edged variant. From what we have come across so far, the Galaxy S6 is shaping up to be a monster of a device. It is expected to flaunt a 5.5-inch full HD display and will be powered by a Snapdragon 810 chipset or an Exynos 7 Octa chipset, depending upon the market. Additionally, it is also expected to feature a 20-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie camera, 3GB of RAM, and 32GB internal storage. There is also word of a QHD display in the works, but that could likely be reserved for the premium dual-edged variant.
