Samsung’s marketing team has been working overtime in generating a buzz around its forthcoming flagship. Hours before its event at MWC, the company has come with a video teaser that builds on the buzz created around the “The Next Galaxy.” Also Read - Samsung Galaxy A52 gets Android 13-based One UI 5.0 beta

The minute-long video essentially highlights the many tweets that talk about the rumors surrounding the Galaxy S6 and the Galaxy S6 Edge. As has been the case with all the previous teasers, the video gives away nothing about the forthcoming smartphones.

We however have a fair idea of what the two smartphones are going to be all about. From what we have heard so far, the Galaxy S6 is likely to feature a 5.1-inch QHD display, an Exynos 7 Octa processor and 4GB of RAM. It is also expected to include 32GB internal storage, 20-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel selfie snapper, and run on Android Lollipop out-of-the-box.

The Galaxy S6 Edge, on the other hand, is likely to feature similar specifications, but the talking point will be the curved display. Unlike the Galaxy Note Edge, the display on this new smartphone curves on both sides. There have been rumors of Samsung facing production delays with the curved delays, and it will be interesting to see how the company overcomes them

Samsung’s MWC event kicks off at 11:00PM IST tonight and you can watch the live stream here.
