Samsung’s luxury clamshell smartphone, the Galaxy W2019, was recently leaked, offering a closer look at the smartphone design. Just like the predecessor, the smartphone will come with two screens and flagship hardware, and it is set to launch China. Now, the latest teaser reveals that Samsung will take the wraps off the smartphone on November 9 in Wuxi, a city near Shanghai.
The invite, courtesy of Twitter user, bang_gogo_, shows a letter “W” which is the name of series, and the date below it. Nothing else is revealed in the invite, but we have already come across TENAA listing which has revealed crucial details about the smartphone specifications. The Samsung W2019 will feature two 4.2-inch Super AMOLED displays, one on the front and the other inside.

Watch: Samsung Galaxy Note 9 First Look
Just yesterday, we came across leaked photos of the Galaxy W2019 which reveal that the smartphone lacks a fingerprint scanner. There is also a button on the left, possibly to invoke Bixby voice assistant.
The leaked photos also confirm one more aspect of the smartphone, and that could disappoint a lot of users. The clamshell smartphone lacks the 3.5mm headphone jack, and if we go by the rumors, the same might continue with the Galaxy S10-series too. Besides these, no other details about the phone have surfaced. It is expected to be priced around RMB 17,000, which is approximately Rs 180,000.
