Samsung Galaxy Note 9, the newest flagship smartphone from the South Korean technology giant, was launched late last month. With Galaxy Note 9, Samsung is fixing the flaws with previous model, and is improving it by offering a larger battery and updated specifications. Samsung Galaxy Note 9, Galaxy Watch combo deal
Alongside the Galaxy Note 9, Samsung also launched the Galaxy Watch, which replaces the older Gear series of smartwatch. Now, the company is offering a bundled deal on both the Galaxy Note 9 and the Galaxy Watch. With the purchase of Galaxy Note 9, Samsung is offering the Galaxy Watch for just Rs 9,999. The Galaxy Watch retails for Rs 24,990, and Samsung is offering a discount of nearly Rs 15,000 on the smartwatch.
The discounted price is only applicable on the 42mm variant of the smartwatch, and is valid from September 26 to October 20. Those who buy the Galaxy Note 9 with the deal will be able redeem the discounted price on the Galaxy Watch starting from October 15. In addition to this offer, Samsung is also offering Rs 6,000 cashback when customers purchase the the Galaxy Note 9 from Paytm Mall using HDFC Bank Credit or Debit card.
Samsung Galaxy Note 9 specifications and price
The Galaxy Note 9 was introduced as an iterative update to last year’s Galaxy Note 8 in August. It brings updated features, larger battery and feature upgrades to S Pen that makes it one of the best Note series device yet from the company. The smartphone features a 6.4-inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 2960×1440 pixels, and 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Powering the device is Samsung’s own Exynos 9810 chipset, and it is available in two storage variants: a 6GB RAM model with 128GB storage, and an 8GB RAM variant with 512GB storage.
In terms of camera, the Galaxy Note 9 gets dual 12-megapixel rear cameras with the primary sensor supporting variable aperture of f/1.5 and f/2.4. The secondary 12-megapixel sensor aids in shooting portrait images and acts as a telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom. There is also an 8-megapixel selfie shooter and it supports AR Emoji as well.

The highlight of Galaxy Note 9 is the updated S Pen that now supports Bluetooth LE, and can be used as remote shutter within camera. The S Pen is also capable of controlling music playback, even with streaming music service. The fingerprint sensor has also been repositioned and it now sits right below the horizontally stacked dual rear camera setup.
The smartphone runs Android 8.1 Oreo, and is backed by a large 4,000mAh battery. The Galaxy Note 9 is priced at Rs 67,900 for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB internal storage. The high-end model with 8GB of RAM and 512GB storage is priced at Rs 84,900.
