Samsung is believed to be working on a new smartwatch, which it will unveil at the pre-IFA event in Berlin on September 3.TKTechNews claims it will be called Gear 3 and has leaked almost all the details of the smartwatch.

According to the leakster, the Gear 3 is essentially the previously rumored Gear Solo smartwatch. This smartwatch doesn’t need to be connected to a smartphone, and instead has a SIM-card slot that will let users make phone calls and even send/receive emails. The leakster further claims that the smartwatch will feature a 1.8-inch AMOLED curved display possibly protected by sapphire glass. The smarwatch won’t have a camera as was earlier believed, but the most important bit is that Samsung reportedly claims the Gear 3 will have the best battery life among smartwatches. On the software front, it will run on a new version of Tizen. The Gear 3 will be unveiled alongside the Galaxy Note 4 and will be bundled with the phablet as a premium pack.
