Both updates are 16MB in size and should be available for download through the Samsung Gear app on the smartphone. The option is available in the Settings tab under the About Gear section. Here users will have to click on Update Gear.
Most users should be getting the update as we speak. After updating, the Gear S3 should charge to 100 percent in one go. Samsung claims to have fixed the problem by improving on the battery charging algorithm. Besides that, the new update also claims to come with some system stability improvements.
