Samsung is all set to introduce the Galaxy Note 9 on August 9 in New York. And ahead of the launch, we have come across leaked renders showing off the smartphone design in full glory. A recent leak also reveals that the smartphone will come with a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging and wireless fast charging feature. Now, the new Samsung wireless charging pad for the Galaxy Note 9 has surfaced online.
Leaker Roland Quandt has tweeted a photo of the alleged “Wireless Charging Duo”, which will not only let you charge two smartphones at once, but also let you charge a smartphone and a smartwatch. As seen on the retail box of the wireless charger, it will feature dual fast charging feature, and will be compatible with Qi-certified devices that support wireless charging. It will come with a wall charger of 25W.

Talking about Samsung smartwatch, rumors hint that the Gear S3 successor will be called the Galaxy Watch. And while it was rumored to make a switch from Tizen OS to Wear OS, but as we come closer to the launch date, rumors again hint that the smartwatch will run on Tizen OS 4. Now, the box has mentioned Galaxy Watch, which reaffirms the rumors about the new naming for the Samsung smartwatch.
When Apple launched the iPhone X last year, it also unveiled the AirPower Mat that can charge the iPhone, Apple Watch and AirPods at the same time. However, due to ‘technical hurdles’ it hasn’t been released so far, and Apple aims to release it in September. And since the Galaxy Note 9 is coming a month earlier than usual, and also before the next iPhone, it is likely go on sale next month itself. However, there is no word on the pricing at the moment.
