Sony Mobile Communications has announced that Kunimasa Suzuki will be the company’s President and CEO and the current CEO and President Bert Nordberg will step down on May 16 and join the board of Sony Mobile as chairman. In addition to being the President and CEO of Sony Mobile Communications, Kunimasa Suzuki also holds the role of Corporate Executive Officer, Executive Vice President of Sony Corporation. Besides this, Yoshihisa Ishida will continue to serve as Deputy CEO of Sony Mobile Communications and Kristian Tear will continue to serve as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sony Mobile Communications.
