The Xperia Z1S, as we had reported last week, is most likely the global variant of the Xperia Z1f, which launched in Japan. To recap on the specifications, the Xperia Z1f features a 4.3-inch HD display, Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, 20.7-megapixel rear camera, 2.2-megapixel front camera, 2,300mAh battery and Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean.
The Sony Tianchi, on the other hand, is yet another phablet from the Japanese phone maker. The USP of the device is likely to be the octa-core MediaTek MT6592 processor. The only other information available is that the Tianchi will flaunt a 6-inch (1280×720 pixels) display.
Both these devices are likely to be officially announced on November 12 at an event in Shanghai, China.
