Sony has added yet another smartphone to its growing portfolio of Android products. This time around it is the Sony Xperia E and its dual-SIM twin the Xperia dual. Interestingly, the Xperia E ships with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean out of the box, while the Xperia E dual ships with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and is only labeled as upgradable to Jelly Bean.
As far as the specs are concerned, the Xperia E and Xperia E dual flaunt a 3.5-inch display with a resolution of 320×480 pixels, a single-core 1GHz processor made by Qualcomm, a 3.2-megapixel camera, VGA video recording, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot with support for up to 32GB of memory and a 1,500 mAh battery.
Sony says both the smartphones will be available in Q1 of 2013 and the Xperia E will be available black, white and pink colors, while the Xperia E dual will be available in black and gold.
