Renders of the upcoming flagship device from Sony, the Sony Xperia XZ3 have surfaced on the internet. According to CompareRaja, these renders seem to give us a comprehensive idea of what to expect when it comes to the design of the upcoming smartphone. The company is planning to launch the device at IFA 2018 that is scheduled to kick off on August 31. According to the report, the 3D renders were generated from a CAD file supplied by leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer.
Looking at the renders closely, we can see that Sony has added a fingerprint scanner and a single camera sensor along with an LED flash module on the back of the device. The fingerprint scanner is placed almost at the middle of the device on the back. Moving to the front of the device, it looks like Sony is not going for the notch this time. Instead, the company seems to have added the 18:9 tall display aspect ratio to the device, while keeping the display bezels on the top and bottom of the device.

We can notice the volume rocker towards the top on the right side along with the power button at the middle and what appears to be an additional button towards the bottom. It is likely that this third button may be a shutter button for the camera. The report does not come with any other additional information that we are not already aware of. As previously reported, the device is likely to come with a Full HD+ display.
It was previously reported that the device will feature a dual rear camera setup with a 19-megapixel and 12-megapixel sensor. The Xperia XZ3 is expected to pack a 3,240mAh battery, which will be an improvement over its predecessor. The smartphone is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC coupled with 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage. The listing claims that Xperia XZ3 will come with a 13-megapixel sensor on the front for selfies. Previous reports hinted that the company may pack a dual camera setup on the front of the device.
