Sony has been consistently announcing new flagship phones at Mobile World Congress (MWC). At the upcoming MWC 2019 too, the Japanese tech giant is expected to unleash the successor to Sony Xperia XZ3. A Russian tech blog has shared alleged renders of the upcoming Sony Xperia XZ4 smartphone along with its rumored specs.
The Xperia XZ4 is rumored to house a 6.2-inch OLED screen running Quad HD+ resolution. Like the recent Sony flagships, it may carry support for tall aspect ratio. The renders of the smartphone reveal thick-sized upper bezel and a slimmer bezel on the sides. It could be the first Sony phone to arrive with an under-display fingerprint scanner.
The Xperia XZ4 could be fueled by the upcoming 7nm Snapdragon 8150 chipset. Qualcomm is expected to announce the SD8150 in early December. It may also include a 4,000mAh battery. It could also be the first Sony phone to feature 8GB of RAM. The base model of the phone could be featuring 6GB of RAM. It is likely to arrive in multiple storage choices of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB. For additional storage, it will carry support for a microSD card slot.

The back panel of the Xperia XZ4 could be fitted with 16-megapixel + 24-meagpixel vertical dual-camera setup. For shooting selfies, it may feature a 24-megapixel front camera with f/2.4 aperture. The handset is likely to come loaded with Android 9.1 Pie OS.
It is advisable to take this leak with a pinch of salt since the above renders look a tad fan-made. Since Sony is expected to announce Xperia XZ4 at MWC 2019, more leaks may surface in the coming weeks to reveal accurate information on it.
