A couple of weeks ago a Sony Android smartphone codenamed Yuga was leaked. Its headlining feature was a 5-inch 1080p display, which seems like the direction where most Android OEMs are heading towards in terms of screen resolution for their flagship products. However, very little was known about the device till today. According to a new PhoneArena report, the Yuga will be the Japanese model with waterproofing features demanded by the market and the Odin will be the international version.
As far as the internals are concerned, the Odin/Yuga is expected to have the latest quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 pro chip and is expected to weigh only 147 grams and will be rather slim at 8.1mm.
Additionally, it should also have the latest 13-megapixel Sony camera that we have already seen in the Xperia T and it is expected to have an IR blaster for a universal remote control like functionality.
