Tata Teleservices Limited (TTL) has announced its plans to bring its CDMA, GSM, 3G & Photon wings under one unified brand Tata Docomo. With this move, the brand Tata Docomo now moves to CDMA space and all Tata Indicom customers will now be migrated to Tata Docomo starting tomorrow. “We are pleased to welcome Tata Indicom customers into Tata Docomo family, offering them a new world of telecom and lifestyle-impacting experiences” said Deepak Gulati, Executive President, Mobility Business TTL. The carrier has also launched Photon Max on Tata Docomo which works on REV.B and offers fast surfing speeds up to 6.2 Mbps. It is the latest addition to its Photon family of high-speed mobile broadband products with ‘Photon Plus’ being the earlier version based on REV.A. - Customers will pay Rs 1,999 as the introductory price and a monthly rental of Rs 750. Users will get 1.5GB of free data usage and additional data usage will be billed at Re 0.50 per MB.
- In the second plan. users need to pay Rs 3,999 upfront and will get 1GB of free data usage per month for five months. Any usage beyond 1GB per month will be billed at Re 0.50 per MB.
