Chinese electronics company TCL has launched its latest product in India, the TCL 65X4 Android QLED TV. Priced at Rs 109,990, the new TV is a 65-inch Google-certified Android QLED TV with a 4K resolution. The new TV is now on sale on Amazon India, and also features HDR compatibility and Harman Kardon-tuned speakers. As part of the launch offers, Amazon India will be offering a cashback of Rs 10,000 as Amazon Pay Balance, along with no-cost EMI options.

The TV is among the company’s most premium offerings in India, and uses Quantum Dot LED technology, which is widely regarded to be on par with OLED technology in terms of picture quality and brightness. The 65-inch TV has a 4K panel and 40W Harman Kardon speakers, and comes with a middle stand for easier stand-mounting. Amazon India is also offering free brand-approved installation of the TV at the time of delivery, and the TV itself has an 18-month warranty.

The TV runs the official version of Android TV based on Android Nougat, which also comes with the official Google Play Store for Android TV as well as all the apps specially developed for smart TV use. These apps, which include YouTube, Netflix and Hotstar to name a few, are optimized for TV usage, and built to be controlled with a TV remote rather than touch-screen apps adapted for TVs.

The TV has a quad-core CPU, dual-core GPU, 2.5GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, along with a built-in Google Chromecast for easy screen mirroring and video streaming controlled from your smartphone.
