As far as the design is concerned, Terrain Home essentially features three home screens. The center/main screen looks like your regular Android UI, the one of the right is an app drawer, and the one on the left has a Google Now-like interface with different cards showing various kinds of information. You can access the Google Now-like panel with just a swipe of the screen. The app’s description also mentions that the launcher has been tweaked for battery efficiency, so you can rest assured it won’t drain the battery.
