Since the past year there has been quite a bit of buzz on the Internet about the apparent successor to the Facebook phone, the HTC ChaCha. Back in November last year, AllThingsD published a report which talked about Project Buffy , a project to develop a smartphone running on a heavily customized version of Android or what we believe would be a forked version of Android and launch it sometime early 2013. This was followed by another report in January, where Mark Zuckerberg categorically denied that Facebook was developing a phone, giving rise to speculations that the next Facebook phone might well be an internal HTC project. Now, the folks at UnwiredView have come across the first set of specs for this new Facebook phone called the HTC Myst #UL. The phone will also include features like 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.6-megapixel front camera, 16GB of internal memory but no microSD card slot and connectivity options like Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi and LTE. The report further states that the HTC Myst #UL is expected to launch in the US within the next 2-3 months, but there s no word on when this phone will launch in India.
