For the past couple of weeks, there hasn t been a single day when we haven t come across Samsung Galaxy Note7 leak. Right from rumors, to alleged leaked photos and videos, we have seen them all. These leaks have given us a fair idea on what to expect from Samsung s upcoming Note-series phablet. Now, in the latest leak, a bunch of renders have surfaced, offering a closer look at the phablet from all sides. The leaked photos point to three color options for the Galaxy Note7 gold, blue and silver. The photos show off the slim construction, front and back of the phablet, and also the S Pen stylus. We can clearly see the dual curved edge display, camera modules on the front for selfies, video calling and the iris scanner. The physical home button flanked with capacitive touch sensitive keys on both sides are also visible. While the volume buttons sit on the left edge, the right edge has the power / sleep button. On the back, we can see the camera module, the LED flash and the heart rate sensor as well. Interesting the side angle of the Galaxy Note7 doesn t show the camera bump, but it is expected.

While the Galaxy S7 was launched in flat and curved display variants, the Galaxy Note7 is expected to come in just one variant sporting a 5.7-inch QHD Super AMOLED with dual-curved edges. Based on the leaks that we have come across so far, the phablet could be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 or Samsung s Exynos 8893 chipset, which will be market dependant. Going by history, we re likely to get Exynos 8893 powered Galaxy Note7 in India. Paired with 4GB of RAM, all current leaks point to 64GB of base variant, with some rumors claiming maximum storage up to 256GB. There are slight chances wherein we may also see the 32GB variant.
Samsung Galaxy Note7 features
In the photography department, the phablet is expected to sport the same 12-megapixel dual-pixel camera as on the Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge. Up front, a 5-megapixel selfie camera is expected. The Galaxy Note7 could pack 3,600mAh or 4,100mAh battery. Usual set of connectivity options such as Bluetooth, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and GPS are likely to be in tow. The Galaxy Note7 is also expected to be Samsung s first device to embrace the new USB Type-C connectivity port. It is likely to run Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with Samsung TouchWiz Grace UI on top.
Other features such as IP68 certification for water and dust proofing, always-on display and improved S Pen functionality are expected. On the pricing front, the Galaxy Note7 could set you back by Rs 63,000, which is quite higher compared to the launch price of the Galaxy Note 5, which was Rs 53,900. The Galaxy Note7 launch event is set for August 2 in New York.
