Days after redesigning the web and mobile apps, Twitter has rolled out a new feature for its Android app. The new feature brings automatic night mode, which activates as per the clock. This means the Twitter app will automatically activate the dark theme at sunset and will get into the light theme with the sunrise, similar to Apple’s Night Shift mode. According to 9to5Google, Twitter has disabled the existing dark theme on the platform as the new automatic night mode will serve the purpose. Also, Twitter’s latest version 7.2 for Android will prompt if you would like night mode to turn on and off automatically, the first time you toggle the night mode switch from the app settings. Twitter for Android users who look forward to trying the new feature need to first update the app. The latest version of the Twitter for Android can be downloaded from Google Play store. Once installed successfully, pull up the App drawer by swiping right to left on app home screen.
