After launching the new Vivo NEX, it looks like Vivo is getting ready to launch a set of budget smartphones. The two models were spotted on a Chinese certification website TENAA recently. While the smartphone names aren’t revealed, they have model numbers assigned to them which are V1803BA and V1730DT. The listing also reveals a few specification and design details.
Both phones have pretty much the same design. The listing reveals that the smartphones will be coming with a 6.2-inch screen featuring an HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels. While the images don’t quite reveal it, the resolution clearly leads us to believe that a notch will be included. The earpiece and the camera sensor can also be spotted. Besides that, the images also showcase a dual camera setup and a finger print sensor at the back. Oddly enough, the V1803BA is only expected to come in Gold, while the V1730DT is listed in Champagne Gold, Rose Gold and Matte Black.
While the processors haven’t been specified either, the V1803BA is suggested to come with a 2GHz octa-core SoC while the V1730DT is expected to pack in a 1.8GHz octa-core CPU. Both smartphones are expected to come with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage. The phones are touted to be powered by a 3,180mAh battery and will likely be running on the Android 8.1 Oreo.

The camera specifications are said to be the same on both smartphones. The dual camera setup consists of a 13-megapixel sensor and a 2-megapixel sensor. The 2-megapixel sensor will likely be for depth measurement for taking good bokeh images. At the front, the smartphones are expected to come with an 8-megapixel camera to take selfies.
