Chinese smartphone manufacturer Vivo is all set to launch its next smartphone, the NEX S in India on July 19. Just days before the official launch, YouTube user JerryRigEverything uploaded a new video where he puts the upcoming Chinese flagship smartphone through his scratch, burn and bend tests. The YouTuber is known to take the latest smartphones in the market and subject them to his tests to check the build quality, materials used, and the durability of the devices. During the video, he noted that Vivo has used quality materials in the construction of the device.
The video also notes that Vivo has packed a good display with a tempered glass screen on the front to protect the display from scratches. It also passed the burn test without any issues. The device did not exhibit any damage even after the bend test and the motors of the motorized camera had no wobble while operating. Considering that the device is just about to launch, interested buyers will be glad to know that the device is sturdy in build quality even though it looks quite fragile from a distance, it is not the case even in such extreme circumstances of the test.
