An octa-core processor clocked at 2.0GHz is present under the hood, and the SoC is accompanied by 4GB of RAM. The smartphone is preinstalled with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. It includes 128GB of inbuilt storage, and it carries support for additional storage through microSD card slot.

On November 1, Vivo had introduced a new smartphone called Vivo Y93 in China. Before going official, the smartphone was spotted with Vivo V1818A/T model number on TENAA. It is the first smartphone ever to feature the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 chipset. The specifications of V1818CA/CT resemble the Vivo Y93. The only noticeable difference between the two phones is that the Y93 features 64GB of internal storage, whereas the V1818CA/CT has 128GB of native storage.
